Exhibitor Cancellation Policy

Cancellations/Substitutions/No Shows: Cancellation of space must be submitted in writing. Full refunds granted upon receipt of written request to uwspce-conf@uwsp.edu. The request must be received by Friday, December 30, 2023. No refunds will be granted on or after Saturday, December 31, 2023. Substitutions can be made at any time, but no shows will be responsible for the full conference fee.

Attendee Cancellation Policy

Cancellations/Substitutions/No Shows: Per the agreed to terms and conditions, full refunds granted upon receipt of written request to uwspce-conf@uwsp.edu. The request must be received by Friday, January 20, 2024. Requests made between January 21-January 26, 2024, will be assessed a $25/registrant administrative fee. No refunds will be granted on or after Friday, January 27, 2024. Substitutions can be made at any time, but no shows will be responsible for the full conference fee.

On-site registrants will not be guaranteed meals, conference materials and/or complimentary items. Please contact UWSP Continuing Education if you have not received confirmation of your registration.
